1. Delivery Time
Domestic: On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time. From the date of placing the order, we normally take 20–25 working days to customize your order.
Ready to Ship Products: Items marked as Ready to Ship are dispatched within 24 working hours from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
International: International orders are usually shipped within 20–25 business days from the time of placing the order.
In a few locations, delivery may take longer depending on accessibility by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India, and through shiproket for international orders. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.
3. Duties & Taxes for International Orders
Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier agency at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping of Products
All orders are processed from our warehouse in India and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Package
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email along with the shipping partner details. You can also track your order using the “Track Order” link.
6. Non-Availability on Delivery
Delivery will be attempted three times before the package is returned. Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are accurate.
7. Modes of Payment
Domestic Orders: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.
