Return / Exchange
If you are facing a size or style issue or are simply not happy with an item delivered to you, you can register a request to return or exchange it by intimating us within 2 days of delivery. The terms and conditions for a return/exchange request are as follows:
- Due to shipping, customs, and logistical issues, none of the international orders placed on our website are eligible for return/exchange. (An international order is one that is delivered outside the territory of India.)
- We have a no return policy. However, we do offer an exchange if the product is damaged,inform us within 2 days of deliverywith a proper unboxing video as proof for exchange.
- In case you are exchanging an item, you will have to purchase something that is of equal price value or more.
- The item being exchanged should have its original tags intact and should be unused, unworn, and free from any stains or marks.
- An altered item/product is not eligible for an exchange request.
- If the item was bought from our sale section or discounted for any reason, it will not be eligible for an exchange.
- If the item has been customized to your measurements, it is not eligible for an exchange.
- The cost of reverse shipping the item back to our warehouse will have to be borne by the customer. In case of an exchange, we will bear the cost of shipping the new item to the customer.
- Most of our products are made to order; as a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges, alterations, and returns for store credit to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Order Cancellation & Damaged Goods Policy
You can cancel an order placed on our website within 48 hours of receiving an order confirmation email. Any requests beyond this timeline will not qualify for cancellation.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation is eligible for a return, exchange, or repair — provided we are informed of such damage within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged product must be couriered back to our warehouse within 7 days of such intimation. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept the merchandise.
The cost of reverse shipping for the damaged product will be reimbursed to the customer if it is found that the product was indeed damaged during transit.
Once we receive the damaged product, our production team will assess the damage and offer one of the following resolutions depending on the degree of damage:
- Repair/Alteration to fix the damage and courier the product back to the customer.
- Replacement — process an order for a fresh item if the damage is not reparable.
- Return for store credit — if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
Please note that the resolution offered shall be at the sole discretion of our team upon assessing the damage.
